Marketing
Crumpler started in Melbourne, 1995 as a messenger bag company.
I was a designer within the digital marketing team. This involved creating content for each seasonal campaign and translating the designs across eDMs, the website, social media and banner advertising.

A total highlight was being chosen to model for the Crumpler Olympics campaign.

Other responsibilities outside of my direct role included; talent and location scouting for photoshoots, sourcing props, styling and directing talent.

Seasonal campaigns
The brand's refreshing approach, where seriousness took a backseat, paved the way for the development of playful and engaging campaigns.

Basic HTML & CSS
I edited the online store content with basic HTML and CSS coding skills.
Social Media
I created all the social content while at Crumpler. Picking the copywriter's brain to help with the words when I needed it.
China
Crumpler opened stores in China. We had a Weibo account and a site on Tmall where designs were focused on the local market.

I would work with the Chinese team to ensure the copy read correctly.
Studio photography
During our studio photoshoots, we took a hands-on approach by packing the bags with real items, adding an element of practicality to the visuals.

We infused the shoots with a sense of playfulness, encouraging the models to have fun, which in turn brought the images to life with vibrant energy.

Illustrations and banners
I utilised my illustration skills to inject personality into our irreverent videos.

I also made sooo many digital advertising banners.
Dirty bags
I especially loved making these designs about how to clean your bag.
